Family of Needy exists to take care about children from 7-23 years, orphans, widows, needy class, pregnant mothers, conselling to the people affected by HIV/AIDs even feeding them, preaching the gospel of Jesus Christ to reach out to all nations in the world.
Family of Needy Director, Samson Wangira has a heart to reach his neighbours with real love in action. He's taken a step of faith believing that others will join him in being part of the answer to some very great family needs in his home country of Uganda.
Samson is married with one child and works full time as a secondary school teacher. He has a diploma in procurement and supply chain management. Samson is an evangelist with a heart to reach the lost with love that is real and which will rescue families from the many desperate situations they are living in. FON-Ministries started in 2017.
"I, Wangira Samson grew up in a humble family and very poor, suffered to study, life was hard and so this inspired me to think about upbringing the disadvantaged people hence FON-Ministries. At first I was alone but after I shared vision with my Bishop, he prayed for it and supported me. My Bishop is my mentor. We formed a board of trustees and constitution.
I have a goat and chicken project which is the only source of funding in addition to contributions from the board members."
